Admissions

We welcome students from all backgrounds and nationalities. Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and inclusive. Prospective families are encouraged to visit our campus, meet our faculty, and experience our vibrant learning environment.

Admission Information

The academic year at ISM extends from January to December. You can collect application from and admission procedures from the school office or download the form our website. Admission for New Year students starts 5 months prior the academic year starts.

SM believes that discipline is a must to success in all walks of life. Therefore, the school is very much determined to maintain strong discipline and order without compromise. In order to make future leaders and responsible citizens of the country, discipline is strictly maintained in the school.

  • Students must enter the school premise within the prescribed time. If late, they will be sent home.
  • Students must leave the premise within 15 minutes after the final bell.
  • Students must come to school in proper uniform.
  • Students must buy two sets of uniform in order to maintain personal hygiene.
  • Monthly tuition fee should be paid to the assigned office by 12th of every month. A late fee fine of TK. 15 per-day will be counted.

Admission Procedure and Policy

  • Level Test form(s) is to be collected from the school office.
  • The filled in form(s) should be submitted within the given date(s) and collect the admit card(s) for Level Test for their children.
  • Papers to be submitted with the form:
  • A photocopy of Birth Certificate from city corporation.
  • Two passport size photographs.
  • Photocopy of the last examination report card (Optional).
  • Photocopy of Transfer Certificate (Optional).
  • Early-I & Early II (Play Group and Nursery) application(s) will face an interview. Both parents of the applicant(s) have to be present in the interview. (This does not apply for single parents)
  • Admission Form(s) is to be bought from the school office on a working day (9:00-5:00 pm) duly filled and submitted with all necessary papers on the assigned date.
  • Candidate(s) have to get admission within given date. Two passport sizephotographs of the student(s), One passport size and stamp size photograph of each parent/guardians is to be submitted at the time of admission.
  • Enrollment of old student(s) must be completed as per-schedule given from the office.

Conditions:

  • Before placement the child must be fully toiled trained, diapers are not allowed at school.
  • Any placement at ISM is conditional on student’s ability to perform satisfactory in the class level assigned.
  • Successful candidates who cannot be admitted are kept in waiting list and are notified as and when vacancies are arise.
